- Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the course, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 14 days of your purchase, you may request a full or partial refund.
- Dissatisfaction Guarantee: For live tutoring sessions, if you’re dissatisfied with the quality of a session, please contact us within 7 days of the session to discuss a potential refund or rescheduling.
Conditions for Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable to purchases made directly through our website.
- Digital downloads and pre-recorded course materials are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded unless defective or inaccessible due to technical issues caused by Sloeful.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Requests outside this timeframe may not be honored.
